Ivy completed the Warrior Dash. Jumping flames, crawling through mud, climbing rope walls and other things. Kim and Lynn and family also came to cheer her on. Click here for a few more pictures.
Are you kidding me? That is so freakin cool. I totaly want to do that. Mud, Fire, Running. I am in awe. Rick, when are you going to do the Warrior dash? I would love to host something like that. I think it would be cool to make it so there is a 90% attrition or failure rate, and it is an exclusive honor to finish it. We can call it "Run for your life there are wild dogs chasing you race." Well, the title needs some work, but you get the idea.
Ivy was telling me something about a spartan race. I think she said it is 100 miles and has more serious obstacles. She is doing another mud run in Seattle and one in Salt lake in the fall.
