Ok so a couple of weeks ago we went to Pacific Beach. Ivy sister and her family met us there. Also Tab and her family met us. Ended up with 500 photos or so. My boy is becoming a man

Mason had his first day of football camp. It was 98 outside. He never quite or complained. And there were kids losing their lunch, per say, while it was going on. It will be his first season of football. He was nervous about getting tackled until I told him he could do it back. That's my boy!

This was taken at the old Coast Guard Station on the quinalt reservation. Looks like it gets used as target practice now. Amazing views from the cliffs there. I have literally hundreds of other photos I'll put up over the next while.

Cooper

So here is Cooper a few days after his crash with the brick fireplace. He feels better and looks worse. The glue is starting to fall off the cut and his black eye is turning funny colors. And yes I think he is to old for a pacifier just not ready for the challenge yet.

His lower left cheek met up with the edge in front of a fireplace. Cost us a trip to the ER. But peace of mind to know he is ok.

Pacific beach

Zach and Getti on the hill at the ocean writing their names. Or more accurately on the cliff side. They had to carve footholds in the sand to get up. A little crazy but entertaining to watch.

Musical feet

We had lunch with grandma sunny at McD's. They have this to keep the kids happy. Or to drown out the other noise in the place. Couldn't hear much anyway.

Being probed

So I seem to have excess ear wax making it difficut to hear. My co-workers offered to go digging around and see what they could come with. Even got some special tools from ER made for ear cleaning. Looked like miniature spoons. They got some out but I still can't hear well. It takes a good friend to dig out your ear wax. They spent about an hour working on it. I realize this borders on TMI but figured no body actually looks at this Blog besides people that can handle it. I don't think ill tell them if I become constipated.

This is Asher lighting off fireworks on the fourth. We were at the Thomsa's house. Nice bbq, warm weather, hanging out with friends, and fireworks. The Hewlen family was also there. Gene made sure we had some loud booms.

A portrait I took of the Hewlen family. Looks pretty good in black and white. They are natural posers. Excepts Shayne he's likes to keep it candid. Good thing I had the shutter set fast to catch him in this pleasant pose.

Dinner time at Greene home

Its one of Rick's favorites. He likes quiche lorraine. We have tried various different ways. I still have not totaly warmed up to it.

Mason at his best

Mason combining some of his best moves. Eye crossing on demand, ABC food, and making annoying noises all at once. Can't tell if he's eating a cheeseburger or pizza. Have a closer look and let me know.
