Ribs take 16?

Not sure how many times I've made but they seem to get better each time. These are alder and apple smoked for 3 hours then 5 hours in oven at 225 wrapped in foil. now back in smoker with apple juice mop for about an hour to firm them up then maybe some bbq sauce? Its dads birthday dinner with us. Along with some cream cheese potatoes.
