Cooper at the game of big bro
He was the cheerleading section. He would cheer and look to the stands and wait for the people to respond.

Asher had his first official game of the season. It went well despite me going to the wrong field and getting him there late. He played pitcher for most of the game. It's coach pitch so he didn't pitch but fielded the ball. Got a couple of runners out on first. He was up to bat twice. Once was a nice hit right between second and third. Second was right into the glove of the first baseman. This also means he knows more about baseball than me. During the game he would yell out to his team "ok play is on first, or watchout runner on third"

asher baseball 4.25.09
This is part of the pictures from Asher's baseball game but I felt like it deserved it's own post. Theresa and the kids came to support Asher at his game which was very nice. Eve also provided some emotional support to cooper.

The future of MLB
Asher at his tournament to kick off the season. He missed last season due to hectic parent schedules. But he is already taking to it. I love watching both of the boys play. Mason didn't want to do baseball this season. But he wants to do football. He squirmed when I said he could get tackled now though. I will love watching them play. We play for warren avenue knights!

video Mandy made for service
These are some of the photos that we scanned from GandGG photo albums. The music is music that Grandma requested we use. It was made by a friend of there's and Grandpa liked listening to it. It's not the best quality. To anyone who wants the full thing just put your address in the comments section and I'll mail a dvd of it. -Rick

Grandpa's Service
Today was Grandp Greene's memorial service. I have been sad but was unprepared for how emotional an event it would be for me. For a change of pace Ivy was the one not crying. I like it better when I'm the one who had it together.I was able to conduct and give a little talk about Grandpa. It was very nice. I know usually the pastor conducts but I think it was nice that the family did so much of the different parts. Dad played the piano, Mom conducted the mucis, Amanda and Jerel made the program, Ivy and her friend took care of the food, Garry gave a eulogy and shared about Grandpa's last day which was special. Sort of the last thing we can do for Grandpa. Besides take good care of Grandma. Here's a few photos. I'll get the rest up later on today. The boys looked great in their suits. Mason even decided to get his hair short so he'd look good for Grandpa. He looked like one of the beattles with long hair and a suit.

Dinner at Garry's
Garry and Cheryl were kind enough to have us all over. About 25 of us in their condo. It was very nice. As usual we had tons of food. They have the best view of the water. Plus it's always nice to be around family. more pics

Boys new suits
Saw some good deals on suits. Figured the boys could use one for church and it would be nice for the service. Now all we need is for mason to get his hair cut.
